Today we will learn about countable and uncountable nouns.

Countable nouns
🍋 What is this?
This is a lemon.
The word lemon has singular and plural form. one lemon-two lemons
Lemon is a countable noun. We can count.
➡️ The lemon is yellow.
➡️ The lemons are yellow.
Uncountable nouns
🥣 What is in the bowl?
There is soup in the bowl.
The word soup has only one form.
(no plural)
Soup is an uncountable noun.
We cannot count soup.
We use a singular verb.
➡️ My soup is hot.
We cannot use a, an or a number before them.
